We are seeking to recruit a Fixed Terms Team Member in our Equipment Service based at our Elland Loan store.
The successful post holder will provide an administrative service in a busy office environment, dealing with service users and family members, as well as other professionals from a wide range of health and social care backgrounds.
We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and motivated individual.
Summary of the Role
To assist with the day-to-day operational administration of the Equipment Service; therefore, flexibility is an important component of the post.
Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring service delivery and staff information is managed effectively and accurately, with all databases kept up to date.
2. Using our asset and client record management system to update records and schedule deliveries for the technical and driving teams.
3. Answering phone calls and email queries from a wide range of service users.
4. Working with the management team to highlight issues.
5. Updating relevant databases.
