About The Role
Deputy Home Manager - Talbot View
Pay rate: £40,000 per annum - (dependant on experience)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Home Manager to join the TEAM at Talbot View, our state-of-the-art residential and dementia care home in Bournemouth, Dorset.

Our Deputy Home Managers have specific responsibility in assisting the Home Manager in the management of the home which includes maintaining high standards of care practice in line with the Company's aims and objectives.
In the absence of the Home Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management of the home and its team. A commitment to continuous improvement is required to ensure services enhance quality of life for people receiving care and support from us.
Key duties for Deputy Home Manager include:
* Support the Home Manager - creating a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
* Provide managerial leadership support for the planning, development and running of the home.
* Undertake assessments of prospective residents.
* Provide clarity and direction, supervision and support in managing individuals.

About You:
* Social and outgoing with excellent communication skills.
* Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
* Able to work well within a team environment.
* Holder of a DBS on the update service or prepared to undertake one.
To be considered for the position you will be currently working at Care Team Leader level or above & have experience within a residential home setting.
