Shift Pattern: Day Shift - Mon - Thurs 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm

Sheet Metal Worker - Key Responsibilities
1. Manufacture sheet metal components in accordance with relevant procedures.
2. Efficiently undertake sheet metalwork manufacturing operations in line with instructions and drawings provided.
3. Working with a variety of Aerospace materials such as Titanium, Stainless steel, and Nickel alloys.
4. Most sheet metal is between 0.5mm-3.2mm thick.
5. Support the development of efficient methods of manufacture and tooling for new and existing work.
Sheet Metal Worker - Key Skills
1. Experience using manufacturing hand tools to debur/fettle/linish/air grind/buff metallic components.
2. Skilled in the use of general sheet metal machinery, measuring equipment, and hand tools.
3. Practical experience and knowledge of working with sheet metal (riveting, spot welding, bonding, brazing, power press, press brake, countersinking). Must have experience with titanium, aluminium, or stainless steel, not mild steel.
4. Ability to read and understand drawings to the level required for machine set up and operation.
