Job summary This is an exciting opportunity to become the team leader for the Occupational Therapy Team at Elmleigh Hospital, covering Ruby and Sapphire Wards. We are looking for a flexible and creative candidate who has excellent clinical and leadership skills who can work in an inpatient setting supporting individuals' recovery, whilst providing guidance and supervision to the rest of the team and leading on service development projects. The candidate should be motivated to work in a fast-paced mental health setting and have both clinical and leadership experience to bring to this role. Main duties of the job Manage designated occupational therapy service (within Acute Care Pathway-South East) Be responsible for the planning, development and delivery of occupational therapy within designated services- Ruby and Sapphire Wards.
