Location: CARA House, Macclesfield (Office working with up to 2 days Hybrid working available)
Salary: Up to £28,000.00 pro-rata based on experience
Hours: 25 hours, 5 hours a day M - F

Role Overview

We're seeking a Finance & Administration Coordinator to take ownership of key finance and administrative functions, ensuring smooth financial operations and reducing the administrative burden on our management team. This role is vital to our continued success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Bookkeeping
Integrity : Support our Financial Director and accountants, Josolyne & Co., with daily bookkeeping tasks, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Exceptional Service : Validate and post purchase ledger invoices and expense claims, delivering exceptional accuracy.
Collaboration : Process supplier payments and monthly invoice runs, working closely with our team to ensure seamless operations.
Mastery : Reconcile bank transactions and assist with credit control, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills.
Security : Evaluate the creditworthiness of clients and maintain billing agreements, safeguarding our financial stability.
Happiness : Ensure timely completion of month-end posts for management accounts, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
Provide insights into cash flow, aged debt, revenue, and expenditure, supporting informed decision-making.
Sales & Purchase Administration
Integrity : Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, including preparing quotes and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Exceptional Service : Oversee the transition of sales transactions through Halo to QBO, delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Collaboration : Assist with procurement and liaise with suppliers, fostering strong relationships and teamwork.
Mastery : Monitor supplier contracts and renewals for cost efficiency, continuously improving processes.
Security : Streamline processes to improve efficiency in finance and operations, safeguarding our operational success.
Happiness : Contribute to a positive work environment by ensuring smooth administrative operations.
General Administration
Integrity : Provide administrative support to directors, reducing their workload with transparency and accountability.
Exceptional Service : Maintain accurate records related to contracts, client agreements, and supplier relationships, delivering exceptional service.
Collaboration : Liaise with the technical desk regarding onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and teamwork.
Mastery : Continuously expand your knowledge and skills to improve administrative processes.
Security : Safeguard our operational success by ensuring accurate and efficient administrative support.
Happiness : Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting our directors and team.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in a finance or administration role, if within the MSP or technology sector that's a bonus we are not expecting.
Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks is what we use though dont worry if you havent yet experienced that software).
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proven strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
