Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for IT systems, networks, and operating systems. Analyse, diagnose, and resolve complex IT issues, communicating technical information to non-technical users effectively. Support the implementation of IT projects, including network installations and upgrades. Maintain IT inventory, ensuring accurate records of equipment and software. Offer limited 1:1 user training following system installations or issue resolutions. Ensure compliance with IT Security, Data Protection, and NHS policies. Participate in the On-Call rota and occasionally work outside normal hours to complete upgrades or urgent tasks.
