We are looking for a Support Worker to work within the Independent Living Team working at our scheme in Craven Arms. We are seeking someone who is experienced, caring, highly motivated, who has excellent communication skills and who is genuinely interested in people. This is an accommodation-based role so you will be required to be on site in the hub of the estate to support customers in their homes and from the community space we have in the centre of the estate. We want a motivated team member who can instigate activities and create a sense of community whilst engaging and including everyone. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering intensive housing management, including monitoring income, and managing tenancies and responsible for delivering high quality support to residents of the estate and managing the communal space of the scheme. This role will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
