Job Description
A growing distribution business is looking for a motivated and organised Graduate Customer Service Trainee to join their successful team in Castle Donington. This is an exciting opportunity to embark on a rotational graduate training programme where you'll learn about and work through various areas in the business including customer accounts, project work, stock control and finance.
The Opportunity
Due to the progression of previous graduate trainees, the business is now looking for new talent. As a Graduate Customer Service Trainee, you will:
* Receive in-house training and mentoring from an experienced and successful manager
* Gain insight into various areas of the business
* Handle customer service enquiries by e-mail and telephone in a professional manner
* Manage the customer care process and advise end users on solutions
* Book product installations and plan time scales and deliveries
* Complete general administration duties and ad-hoc tasks
* Have opportunities to progress in an area that suits your strengths e.g. administration, sales, logistics
* Work closely with management on different commercial projects

* Starting salary of 26,000 - 27,000
