Key Responsibilities Operate CNC Machines: Utilize CNC mills and lathes to create parts based on engineering drawings and specifications. Machine Setup: Configure machines, select tools, manage offsets, and perform tool changes as needed. Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks to keep machinery in peak condition. Quality Assurance: Inspect completed parts for accuracy, ensuring they meet rigorous quality standards and tolerances. Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering instructions. Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Skills & Qualifications Experience: Proven experience as a CNC Operator; aerospace industry experience is a plus. Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on precision and quality. CNC Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC controls, machine tooling, and offsets. Quality Assurance Understanding: Basic knowledge of quality assurance tools and procedures. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. Team Player: Capable of working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
