Job summary We require an enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated pharmacy technician wishing to specialise in clinical trials and work within a well-established team. We consist of a busy team of pharmacists and technicians who enable our current participation in over 100 clinical trials. You will be involved in supporting the pharmaceutical aspects of all academic, National Clinical Research Network adopted, commercial and non-commercial clinical trials. The post holder will provide technical support to the Pharmacy Clinical Trials team, carry out day to day tasks relating to the provision of Clinical Trials within the Trust. Applicants will hold a valid BTEC & NVQ Level 3 Pharmaceutical Science Certificate, Accredited Checking Technician qualification and be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). You will be required to work at both the Women's and Children's hospital and participate in late night, weekend and bank holiday working.
