Position: Programme Impact Lead (KTP Associate)
Based at: Delamere Health, Cheshire
Salary: Up to £36,000
The role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a recent graduate to work full time on a 24-month Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) to develop new capabilities that will evaluate the Delamere Treatment Model and create a paradigm shift in treating addiction behaviours to achieve lasting positive outcomes more effectively for the greater public good.
Employed and supported by an academic team from the University, you will work in a hybrid model, from home, at Manchester Metropolitan University and at Delamere Health's premises in Northwich, Cheshire.

Qualifications we require:
A good honours degree in Health and Social Care, Psychology, Sociology or a related subject (or equivalent experience).
A master's qualification in a relevant subject and/or recognised qualifications related to substance use is desirable.

Specialist Knowledge:
* Substance use pathways and behaviours, personal recovery capital, co-creation approaches, and quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods.

* Interpersonal skills and empathy
Experience:
* Prior experience of working in a care industry setting
* Prior knowledge/lived experience within addiction or substance misuse services

For 50 years, Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) have been helping to innovate for growth by connecting businesses that have an innovation idea with the academic expertise to help deliver it. Currently around 800 businesses, 100 knowledge bases and over 800 graduates are involved in KTPs – collaborative, transformative three-way partnerships creating positive impact and driving innovation.
