Job summary The trainee advanced clinical practitioner (ACP) endeavours to achieve through supervision, clinical and academic competence to become a qualified ACP. As a trainee ACP they will be an integrated member of the Cardiology team aiming to develop the capabilities to autonomously deliver a Cardiology service to the Emergency portals, Inpatient bed base and Outpatient Clinics across both UHNM sites- Stoke and County. Through physical assessment, diagnostic testing and interpretation, formulation of management plans will be made to ensure safe practice either as an Inpatient/Outpatient or referring to other specialties.
