Responsibilities:
1. Direct Sales of AT&T products and services to existing customers and to new customers in a BIG-BOX retailer.
2. Establish relations between retail customers and our client (AT&T) (existing and new acquisitions) through direct in-person interaction.
3. Setting and keeping appointments with customers.
4. Analyzing development and performance.
5. Learning to provide team feedback and mentorship.
6. Learning to train and develop a team.
7. Learning then facilitating leadership and training workshops.
8. Client management and new business development.
9. Human resources and recruiting.
10. Management and team building.
Desired Qualifications:
* Proven experience in retail sales and customer service.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to manage accounts and develop business relationships.
* Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.
