The Women’s Foundation is seeking a full-time Programme Officer to join its dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects like Girls Go Tech and the Young Allies Programme, and play a crucial role in promoting gender equality and inclusion.

Play a key role in implementing TWF’s community programmes, with a special focus initially on our Girls Go Tech programme, Young Allies Programme and other new community initiatives.
Provide essential logistical support for TWF’s programme activities from coordinating with training partners on programme deliverables to evaluating the effectiveness of the programme and associated research studies.
Provide support in managing the Girls Go Tech online platform, including database management, participant registration and promoting activities.
Provide support in managing the STEM scholarship, including database management, promotion, application, interviews, and delivery of scholarships.
Be responsible for organising activities and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, producing presentations and compiling minutes for relevant programme meetings. Liaise and coordinate with programme participants, service providers, schools and education providers, universities, grassroots organisations and NGOs, corporate partners, training partners, and volunteers to ensure the smooth running and output quality of TWF’s community programmes.
Assist with community programme communication and promotion, especially managing social media.
Assist with TWF’s fundraising events and other initiatives alongside other staff members, volunteers and interns.
Assist TWF’s Community Programme Team with its responsibilities and duties as may be required.
Requirements
Relevant undergraduate university degree from a leading academic institution.
1-2 years of working experience, preferably in project management.
Identify with TWF’s goals and values on gender equality, inclusion and women and girls’ empowerment.
Knowledge and experience in operating social media is an advantage.
Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese is a must).
Self-starter, good team player, be curious and willing to learn.
