Morgan McKinley is delighted to be partnering with a leading international professional services firm in the heart of Basingstoke, in the appointment of an experienced International Management Accountant.
The successful candidate will be joining a team of experienced accountants overseeing all aspects of bookkeeping and financial reporting activities. You will take ownership of the month end close and reporting processes for four international offices.
Salary: £45K - £55K per annum + excellent benefits
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
Hybrid working: 2-3 days a week in the office
International Management Accountant responsibilities:
- Production of monthly management accounts for international offices
- Continuous management of accruals, prepayments, bank and fixed assets
- Reconciliation of intercompany transactions
- Partner closely with 3rd party accountants to ensure local reporting is submitted
- Completion of year end audit files and year end liaison with external auditors
- Ensuring all local statutory tax and compliances are met
- Production and review of local VAT returns
- Overseeing / day to day management of an accounts assistant
Skills and experience:
- ACCA / ACA / CIMA - Qualified
- Proven management accounts experience within an international capacity
- Professional services background such as: Legal / Law, Accountancy Practice, Consultancy etc.
- Strong attention to detail
