Job Overview:
Tower Windows is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. The Sales Consultant will play a key role in helping customers achieve their dream home improvements by offering expert advice, tailored solutions, and superior service. This position involves visiting customer homes, creating detailed quotes, and ensuring a seamless journey from consultation to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Consultations:
o Visit customer homes to understand their specific needs, preferences, and project goals.
o Demonstrate Tower Windows’ products, showcasing features, benefits, and customization options.
o Provide expert advice to help customers make informed decisions.
2. Quotation Preparation:
o Use pricing software to calculate accurate and competitive quotes tailored to each customer’s requirements.
o Ensure all quotations are professional, complete, and delivered promptly.
3. Sales Process Management:
o Follow up on all quotations using the CRM system to maintain clear communication with customers.
o Address customer queries, provide additional information, and support their decision-making process.
o Secure customer orders and ensure all necessary details are correctly logged in the CRM.
4. Customer Journey Follow-Up:
o Monitor the progress of installations, liaising with the installation team as needed.
o Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
o Encourage happy customers to leave positive reviews and testimonials, highlighting their satisfaction with the product and service.
5. Sales Goals:
o Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by delivering exceptional service and value to customers.
o Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products that align with customer needs.
6. Continuous Learning:
o Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company offerings to provide the best solutions for customers.
o Actively participate in training and team meetings to improve skills and sales techniques.
Requirements:
* Experience:
o Proven track record in sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or a similar industry.
o Experience with CRM systems and pricing software is an advantage.
* Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
o Exceptional organizational skills to manage appointments, follow-ups, and customer records.
o Analytical mindset to calculate accurate quotes and suggest tailored solutions.
