About the Team and the Role: We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Admin Team for the NHS Community Adult Mental Health service based at Stratford Healthcare, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire.
Warwickshire County Council: We are looking for a candidate who will support clinical service delivery by providing efficient administration support to clinicians and managers within an integrated, skill-mixed Admin Team. The role involves delivering dynamic business support to practitioners and managers at the Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust, and enhancing administrative support for the Mental Health Social Care Team through collaborative work with frontline social care staff and managers.
Key Requirements: Candidates should have a good empathetic telephone manner, be quick learners of new computer systems, and possess excellent listening and typing skills. Responsibilities include digital dictation, minute-taking, filing, archiving, and reception duties in Outpatients. Building effective relationships, being approachable, flexible, and possessing a can-do attitude are essential.
Warwickshire County Council and Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust provide integrated community mental health and social care services under S75 of the NHS Act 2006, involving secondment arrangements that maintain employment terms with Warwickshire County Council.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (9-5)
Base: Adult Mental Health, Stratford Healthcare, Building 2, 2nd Floor, Arden Street, Stratford on Avon, CV37 6NQ
