On behalf of the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority, First Choice is recruiting a Personal Assistant. The successful candidate for this post will work to the designated Chief Executive/ Director providing confidential and effective administrative support. The duties include dictation, diary management, minute taking, mail management, file maintenance and the preparations of reports, files and briefings. This role will be based in Belfast City Centre, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm 37.5 hours per week. The rate of pay will be £12.86 per hour and will start immediately. This is a temporary position expected to last a minimum of 6 months.
