At Constellation, we connect extraordinary talent with unforgettable moments — from chefs at sell-out stadiums to catering teams supporting our NHS heroes. Right now, we’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused Regional People Consultant to lead the charge at one of our flagship venues in the North — Burnley Football Club. You’ll work directly with Constellation leadership and the on-site hospitality team to maintain our gold-standard service across every matchday and event. What You Bring You’re a confident communicator — clear, calm, and capable under pressure. You thrive in a people-focused environment and know how to build relationships quickly. You’re organised, proactive, and always a step ahead — whether that’s filling last-minute roles or ensuring uniform standards are on point. You’re self-motivated, driven, and hungry to grow with a company that rewards ambition. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of casual staffing for matchdays and events at Burnley FC.
