Reporting to the UK Managing Director in this newly created position as the Commercial Business Development Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives targeting the Commercial and Industrial sectors for Sunsynks’ key products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities will include;
* Identifying and securing new customers in sectors that require advanced renewable power solutions.
* Analysing market coverage to identify gaps and devise direct sales strategies to address them.
* Working closely with stakeholders from Research and Development, Technical, Creative Services, and the broader sales team to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
* Cultivating relationships with key accounts and contribute to establishing national partnerships.
* Strategically deepen market presence, particularly within existing sectors such as house building, to enhance product demand through specifications or approvals.
* Effectively utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, quotes, leads, and other critical data.
* Establish best-in-class processes that are scalable for team growth and can be shared across global business units.
To be considered for this role you will have a track record in technical Sales and Business Development, be an excellent communicator and a natural at building relationships.
Experience in the Solar, Renewable Energy, Power Demand or Battery/Inverter sectors is not essential, but would be beneficial.
