Key Responsibilities
* Technical Support: Provide expert support for business applications, including ERP systems, and resolve technical issues.
* Incident Management: Address helpdesk tickets, manage support queues, and offer advice to users and colleagues.
* Documentation: Maintain and update technical manuals and support documents.
* Routine Tasks & Reporting: Ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and tasks.
