Are you a dynamic, motivated, highly performing operational manager, with excellent communication and leadership skills? If so, you could be joining our Women's, Children's and Clinical Support Services Team as our second Head of Operations.
This fixed term post will be an essential role within our dynamic Divisional Management Team. The post holder will have a key portfolio working primarily with the Outpatients and Pharmacy teams, supporting operational performance and the transformation of our services whilst being committed to improving both patient and staff experience across the Division and wider Trust.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging senior operational leader who has a passion for the fast-paced delivery of clinical divisional management, ensuring safe, timely & high-quality care for our patients.
The successful candidate will have the ability to influence change effectively and deliver an operational agenda in a demanding environment. First-hand experience in delivering and managing transformation and change would be a distinct advantage.
