Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will work within the existing adminteam, based at one of our sites, though on occasion you may be asked to workfrom our other site offering support, advice and guidance to our registeredpopulation of 35,000 patients. The main focus is patient care and helping todeliver services and support in a professional, smooth and efficient way. Youwill need to demonstrate your ability to work within a team and possess thecorrect attributes that show compassion, empathy, understanding andprofessionalism.

1. Provide general administration to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone at all times
2. Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice
Job Responsibilities:
Extract and file medical records when required by authorisedpersons ensuring therecords room is kept in an orderlymanner
Complete administrative details on all documentation as required.
Ensure patients records are kept updated promptly withchange of address
