What Is the Opportunity?
Travelers are recruiting for a Propositions and Product Strategy Director to join our team based in London. This is an exciting role where you will act as the product conscience for the business, evaluating market opportunities, aligning products with business performance and customer needs, and driving decisions based on data and insights. This role ensures the development of market-winning propositions and products by managing and overseeing proposition and product development strategies. Responsibilities include leading the design council process, maintaining the product documentation library, and developing product lifecycle reviews.
What Will You Do?
* Strategic partner for the business, providing product/proposition advice and guidance, ensuring the work that comes into the process is strategic.
* Expert on the role of product in our business and how to get propositions and products designed, tested and built effectively.
* Manage and oversee proposition and product development strategy.
* Identify and scope opportunities, assess market attractiveness, and understand the distribution landscape.
* Drive propositions outcomes and oversee the delivery of propositions and products.
* Manage the documentation library and process.
* Work across a number of functions and support all business units.
* Ensure shared goals (OKRs) and identify early areas of disconnect.
* Manage communications, meetings, and stakeholder management.
* Lead reporting structure and report on the work and its impact for our business.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
