About Maintenance
Our Maintenance team plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our production equipment. Through planned, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities, we strive to minimize downtime and ensure high-quality product output. As part of our team, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Purpose of the Role
This role is designed to train and develop an apprentice into a skilled Maintenance Engineer. You will gain the essential skills and knowledge required to complete a Level 3 qualification in Engineering while progressively working towards covering all aspects of the Sika maintenance engineer job profile. You will actively participate in maintenance activities, support process improvements, and ensure that all machinery and equipment operate at maximum efficiency.

Qualifications
What we need from you?
