3 placements in Assets – A couple of key points from the role profile:
• Assist Assets Project Manager to undertake asset performance evaluations, future work scenarios and long-term budget planning
• Project manage key Asset Management projects, including resources, performance against programme, budgets and quality control.
1 placement in Research & Intelligence - A couple of key points from the role profile:
• Undertake web analytics, with specific focus on tracking digital usage to create a more effortless experience for our customers
•Work with the Database Analyst to streamline and enrich back-end data processes driving existing reporting outputs within Power BI, improving accuracy and production time.
2 placements in Safeguarding & Domestic Abuse - A couple of key points from the role profile:
• Develop skills to identify and embed effective interventions to increase safety and reduce risk specifically relating to safeguarding and domestic abuse
• Develop skills to support with the production of informative and engaging content to raise awareness and promote safeguarding and domestic abuse across the group and externally for customers and stakeholders.
1 placement in Communications - A couple of key points from the role profile:
• Develop skills to work on a range of cross-team communication projects including keeping websites and social media channels up-to-date and producing informative and engaging content (written, image-based and multimedia) to promote the organisation
• Develop skills to deliver high quality customer communications and marketing campaigns and support other customer-facing communication projects across the business.
1 placement in Digital - A couple of key points from the role profile:
• Work with the business to develop core skills in the wide and functional understanding of the social purpose of social housing, and specifically Futures
• Understand the wider business reporting metrics and use customer insight to understand the wants and needs of the customer to play a part in creating effortless customer experiences. Keeping customers needs at the heart of what we do.
2 placements in Customer Services & Community Engagement - A couple of key points from the role profile:
• Work alongside the Digital Customer Engagement Officer to help grow the online customer engagement platform
• Working with the Customer Feedback Coordinator learn how to collate customer feedback, analyse it.
