Description
You will be a core part of Stint's sales team working with the Founder and responsible for leading Stint’s growth and revenue through signing up and onboarding new businesses (360 sales cycle).
You will be selling face to face to businesses across London. This will include; sourcing businesses that you think would benefit from Stint, explaining the services that we can offer, taking these businesses through the onboarding funnel, and nurturing them at the start of their Stint journey
What you will be doing
* Sourcing new SMB and Enterprise business opportunities that can benefit from Stint's services through online and on the ground research.
* Pitching Stint's services to prospecting businesses and be able to explain how these services can benefit both revenue and profitability.
* Developing and maintaining an accurate, high quality enterprise pipeline
* Closing large, complex enterprise deals
* Work closely with implementation to ensure a smooth handover once sold
* Building and maintaining relationships with enterprise stakeholders
* Serve as an escalation point for enterprise partner issues
* Assist in identifying ideas for new products, services, and partners with the goal of increasing client retention and client growth
* Networking and events. You will be expected to constantly network within your territory, building relationships with key players. You may also be asked to attend networking events and trade shows across the UK to help spread the word about Stint.
* CRM and organisation. Adding new companies, updating notes whilst out and about, and moving your businesses through the sales funnel. At Stint we make data lead decisions and as such, every interaction needs to be recorded. This is a fast-paced role and being well organised will put you in the best place to succeed.

* Hospitality lover, and a passion for wanting to support high street & local businesses. If you have worked in hospitality before that will be a big help!
* Be able to persuasively demonstrate product and industry knowledge to clients
* Able to close deals and get contracts over the line
* Be able to take ownership and work within demanding targets
