Location: Chelsea House Dental, Central London
Salary: £12.50 - £15.00 per hour, based on experience
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and personable Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic's front desk.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction:
* Greet patients warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
* Assist with patient inquiries, check-ins, and appointment bookings.
* Provide information on clinic services, procedures, and payment options.
Appointment Scheduling:
* Manage and optimise the appointment schedule efficiently.
* Coordinate with dentists and specialists to ensure seamless workflow.
* Confirm and remind patients of upcoming appointments.
Administrative Support:
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally.
* Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining patient records.
Office Organisation:
* Maintain a clean and well-organised reception area.
* Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (dental practice experience is required).
Knowledge of dental clinic procedures, including handling patient forms, payments, and treatment coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – friendly, professional, and approachable.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in dental software and office management systems (preferred).
