Creative Designer\n\nReading\n\nHybrid working\n\nWe're looking for a Creative Designer to join our client and shape our brand across digital, print, video, and social.\n\nAs demand for creative work continues to grow, this role will play a crucial part in maintaining brand consistency, supporting marketing and internal initiatives, and helping our Creative Lead focus on strategic development.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nDeveloping and maintaining brand assets across departments and channels\nDesigning creative content for social media, paid campaigns, emails, and landing pages\nEditing and producing video content for interviews, internal comms, and storytelling\nCreating impactful presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials\nCollaborating closely with the Senior Brand Manager, and Digital Marketing team\nExploring and applying AI-powered tools to improve creative workflows \n\nWhat we're looking for:\n\nA strong portfolio demonstrating experience in brand design, social media, digital marketing, and video content\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma or Sketch, video editing tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut), and Canva\nAn understanding of B2B marketing and branding\nExcellent organisation and communication skills\nExperience with or willingness to learn AI design tools\nFamiliarity with UI/UX design principles (Good to have) \n\nTo apply for the Creative Designer please send your CV and portfolio to \n\nProject People is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
