Xenia offers truly unique experience for our guests, a modern, yet comfortable home away from home ambience.
Our F&B offering, in addition to the hotels lounge menu and breakfast selection, includes an Italian restaurant La Terrazza, cocktails and cigars in our Living Wall Bar, private dining in Bohemia room as well as corporate and private events in our Living Lounge Room.
As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an additional team member to join us at Hotel Xenia. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Front Office Manager to be part of our growing luxury boutique hotel.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, the Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all front office operations, including Reception, Concierge and the Night Team. This role ensures a seamless guest experience by managing arrivals, departures, and overall front-of-house service standards. Key responsibilities include training and supervising the front office team, handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally, scheduling rotas, and collaborating with department heads to enhance service quality. The Front Office Manager also plays a crucial role in maintaining policies, driving team performance, and ensuring compliance with operational standards in our luxury boutique hotel.

* Previous experience as Front of House management role within the hospitality industry.

* Experience with Opera PMS is essential.
