The Role: As the HR Manager at Behaviourself.inen, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our company's goals and values. You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and company values. • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to making and negotiating offers. • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. • Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback. • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. • Conduct regular employee engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters. • Monitor and manage employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. • Prepare and maintain accurate HR records and reports. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment. • Extensive knowledge of employment laws and best practices. • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
