Our ideal candidate: Educated to Masters level in a relevant discipline or have extensive and developed specialist knowledge and skills to an equivalent standard. Previous experience of end-to-end Business As Usual temporary staff desirable, however the successful candidate must be able to use transferable skills in this area. Demonstrable project management skills. Qualified in Job Evaluation processes. Track record of demonstrating innovative solutions to temporary staffing. Experience of partnership working. Team management skills. Well-developed communication skills (both verbal and written). Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Proficient in the use of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint. Advanced IT and keyboard skills. Possess resilience to deal with any distressing and emotional demands of the role. Hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010). Eligible to live and work in the UK. Interviews will be held in person at the Trust Head Office, Howard Court, Welwyn Garden City, on the morning of the 10th and throughout the day (AM and PM) on the 11th of February 2025. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to present on the following: "What do you understand are the most significant challenges HCT is facing in the arena of Temporary Staffing?" You will have 10 minutes to present. The presentation will be followed by a competency based interview.
