Description Job Description We are looking for a Statistical Administrator / Business Support Officer to join the Justice Analytical Services division. This pivotal role within the Business and Analytical Support Team is essential to the successful operation of the entire division, combining responsibilities across business management, finance, administration and analytics. You will play a key role in supporting the division’s work on the justice system including, prisons, criminal proceedings, recorded crimes and the quality assurance for publications. Additionally, you will gain valuable experience in financial operations, contractor coordination and providing support for inquiries such as PQs and FOI requests, ensuring seamless and efficient support across the division. Responsibilities Assist the Business Manager with monthly and annual budget reconciliations, business planning and occasional reporting to the Deputy Director. Manage contractor processes, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices. Provide support to four analytical units. Undertake administrative responsibilities for the division, including bookings, equipment orders, and eRDM file management. Support the Senior Statistician in the production of the Criminal Proceedings Bulletin. Respond to requests related to Criminal Proceedings. Line management of an Administrative Officer.
