Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing insightful feedback to both teaching staff and parents to support student development. Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources to enhance the educational experience. Contribute to the wider school community by participating in extracurricular activities and special events as required. Requirements: HLTA qualification or significant experience working at HLTA level. Proven track record of supporting primary-aged children in an educational setting. Confidence in delivering lessons across the primary curriculum with a clear, adaptable communication style. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. A flexible, proactive approach with a passion for supporting the educational and personal development of children.
