Job Purpose:
The Logistics Supervisor plays a vital role, reporting to the Head of Supply Chain. They facilitate operational excellence within the warehouse by managing daily activities, leading and coaching Team Leaders, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring alignment between planning and process administration functions. They also manage KPIs to ensure customer orders are fulfilled smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders through mentoring, training, and support to foster high performance.
2. Set objectives and development plans for team leaders, monitor progress, and provide feedback.
3. Create and maintain employee timesheets and manage absence reporting.
4. Manage order processing and fulfillment of customer recognition pins.
5. Collaborate internally for ordering promotional materials.
6. Create, maintain, and report on Logistics KPIs, driving improvements as needed.
7. Ensure compliance with SOPs, reviewing and updating annually.
8. Participate in recruitment activities, including CV screening and interviews, representing Lifeplus values.
9. Identify, assess, and manage risks within Logistics, escalating issues with proposed solutions.
10. Promote a safe, healthy work environment by implementing company policies and legal regulations.
11. Participate actively in the H&S committee to maintain high standards.
12. Work closely with stakeholders to maintain and exceed delivery service level agreements.
Candidate Profile:
* Strong leadership with coaching and team development skills in Logistics.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in warehouse procedures and policies.
* Health & Safety qualifications preferred (e.g., VCA, BHV).
* Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage.
* Excellent MS Office skills.
* Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.

Hours and Location:
* 40 hours/week, Monday to Saturday, 07:00-17:00.
