Job Description
Your role as a Production Operative
1. Ensure line performance meets key measures: Yield, Output, Productivity, CCP compliance, and Traceability.
2. Oversee efficient production that adheres to customers' specifications and troubleshoots issues in the team.
3. Conduct line start-up checks, maintain production sheets, and report downtime for prompt resolution.
4. Manage critical control points, complete daily reports with accurate figures on line measures and uphold high levels of hygiene for audits.
