Aftercare Coordinator
We are recruiting for an Aftercare Coordinator to join our Shenstone based client. The business specializes in the design and production of innovative vehicle safety and security products. Their products range from cameras and digital video recorders through to reverse parking solutions, serving customers from individuals and small businesses to extensive fleet work. They are a rapidly growing business looking to extend their dedicated and focused team.
As an Aftercare Coordinator you will need to have/be:
1. Computer literate, including proficiency with email and MS Office
2. Professional telephone manner
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Excellent communication and administrative skills
5. Excellent organization and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
6. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies
7. Ability to act and operate independently
8. Good verbal and written communication skills
9. Customer service experience would be an advantage
Details:
1. Salary: £24,000 rising to £25,000 after successful probationary period
2. Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
3. Location: Shenstone
4. Duration: Permanent
Role of Aftercare Coordinator:
1. Dealing with aftercare inquiries and responding to customers
2. Overseeing the aftercare aspect for a range of projects with different companies
3. Building relationships and liaising with customers
4. Booking in repairs
5. Scheduling engineers' workloads and jobs
6. Liaising with after-care engineers to arrange schedules
7. Liaising with technical and finance departments
8. Preparing kits when required and ensuring that aftercare engineers are fully stocked each week
9. Delivering a high level of customer service
10. Responding to email inquiries
11. Offering technical support when necessary
12. Raising sales orders in preparation for invoicing
13. Providing feedback to customers
14. Obtaining POs and delivering the sales orders for invoicing once the repair has been completed
15. Maintaining various spreadsheets to track and meet Key Performance Indicators
16. Ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date for performance analysis
17. Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
18. Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements
