Day-to-day of the role:
1. Lead and manage the operations team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
2. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and ensure high performance.
3. Oversee stock checking and monitoring processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.
4. Manage fleet operations, including regular checks and maintenance scheduling.
5. Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and legal regulations.
6. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Analyse operational data and reports to make informed decisions and adjustments.
