Salary: Up to £60,000

What we're looking for?
Nursing Qualification: Must hold a valid nursing qualification (NMC registered).
Experience: Proven experience managing a nursing home with a successful track record of achieving good or outstanding CQC ratings.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
Compliance Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations and healthcare standards.

Your day-to-day
Leadership: Provide strong leadership, managing and inspiring the care team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
Regulatory Excellence: Maintain and exceed compliance standards, working to achieve and sustain "Good" and "Outstanding" CQC ratings.
Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards across all aspects of care, facilities, and service delivery.
Resident Care: Promote a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable living environment tailored to residents' individual needs and preferences.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and support staff to build a cohesive and highly skilled care team.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless communication and collaborative care.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets effectively while maintaining the highest standards of care and services.
