We are a growing independent Recruitment agency based in the heart of Beckenham with a large client base in Central London. Hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch); flexibility may be required outside of these hours depending on the urgency of a task and workload.

Responsibilities
1. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates
2. Advertising our live jobs to the company website and job boards
3. Reviewing advert responses
4. Sourcing candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, networks, social media, and referrals
5. Matching suitable candidates to shortlists
6. Telephone pre-screening of candidates
7. Arranging and coordinating candidate interviews
8. Gathering interview feedback
9. Maintaining our CRM database
10. Generating leads for the sales team to follow up
11. Processing weekly timesheets and candidate payroll
12. Candidate compliance (ID, right to work, references)
13. Credit control
14. Managing social media presence
Skills
1. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
2. Ability to build relationships and rapport
3. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
4. System Skills: Competent in MS Office and CRM databases
5. Resourceful and able to use own initiative
6. Positive and collaborative attitude
7. Composed under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach
8. Ability to manage conflicting priorities, exercising responsible judgment when appropriate
