A co-educational independent day and boarding school in Wellington, Somerset for pupils aged 3 to 18. Catering for 800 students and teachers with 220 boarders. We offer a core feeding of breakfast club, mid morning snack, lunch, after school clubs, dinner, house supplies and boarding treats. This is term-time only 5 days a week monday to friday 9.30am-2.30pm
We are looking for an Administrator to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Somerset.
You will ideally have previous experience of working within a busy environment as an Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant.
You will enjoy what you do, working with a great team, for a company fanatical about food serving wonderful customers.
Key responsibilities:
* Ensure weekly site book work is completed on time and accurately according to weekly return tick sheet.
* Prepare and hand over weekly banking to the school
* Complete hospitality sheet for the BOH and FOH
* Print the labels per request
* Process all the invoices daily and get reports weekly
* Run reports for PDQ machines
* Ensure student numbers is updated and communicated to kitchen and Front of House
* Respond to customer queries
* Ensure the highest standard of customer care is performed at all times
* Ensure all written correspondence is correct, accurate and to the required standard
* Flexibility to assist Front of House if the need arises i.e. staff illness or increased numbers.
* To carry out any other duty as reasonably asked by the management team
You will have the following skills:
* Experience of working within a busy office environment processing invoices, updating stock sheets, in putting data.
* Experience with excel, word, office
* An all-round team player
* Organised with attention to detail
