Full time - Permanent – 40hrs per week, offering a salary of £41,128.14 per annum, plus a company vehicle and great company benefits The successful Supervisor will be responsible for supervisory duties of repairs, refurbishment and pre planned maintenance works, within our Property, Electrical & Towers (PET) team. This will also involve supervising Mechanical and Electrical works associated with corporate, housing and tower properties. Ensuring all work and procedures are being undertaken efficiently, in compliance with company operating procedures and delivering best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. About the Role: You will be responsible for the operational supervision of current and future contract activities, ensuring maximum productivity, profitability, and satisfaction, supervising and overseeing multi-trade and specialist work. Ensuring works are adequately resourced, are being effectively delivered to set quality standards, completed on time and within budgets and essential and carrying out regular Quality Audits and Competence Assessments of operatives and specialist sub-contractors. Demonstrate, maintain and monitor the company’s commitments to best practice with legislation, codes of practice & good working practices relevant to all work activities; ensuring that is contributes to the customer experience by adopting a professional manner when communicating with all stakeholders. Role Criteria Excellent communication People management with the ability to lead & mentor others Ability to negotiate and influence others Strong customer focus IT literate Full UK driving license Previous supervisory experience and experience in social housing would be preferred.
