A leading FMCG manufacturer are looking to add a multiskilled maintenance engineer to the team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance engineer with good electrical and mechanical capabilities to join an established business who excel in their field. With a strong orderbook in place and upcoming projects, this is a fantastic time to be joining a market leader in the South Wales market place.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Electrical and Mechanical repair of production machinery
* Planned Preventative Maintenance - Inspections and repairs, including specification of replacement components and inventory management
* Carry out maintenance activities within the confines of safe working practices
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Experience working as a maintenance engineer
* Apprenticeship and NVQ Level 3 - Plant maintenance/electrical/multiskilled discipline
* Proven troubleshooting abilities in maintaining automated production machinery
* Experience working within an FMCG environment
* Experience working with extrusion machinery
