Lexus of Southport has an exciting position for a Part-Time/Casual Receptionist, as we are seeking the talents of an energetic team player, customer service oriented, results-driven person within our Lexus of Southport Dealership.
Working closely with the Reception and Sales Team and reporting directly to the Sales Manager, on a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for delivering critical support to our sales team, from the moment a customer walks in the doors until the moment they drive away.
A typical week will involve:
* Ensuring the showroom floor and customer lounge are well presented and maintained throughout the day
* Checking in vehicles, books & keys
* QLD Vehicle Registration experience is highly regarded
* Tracking and management of all enquiries
* Database maintenance
* Assistance with employee time card process
* Following up potential customer leads
* General Administration & Reception tasks including switchboard, email, raising invoices, filing, reporting, mail, data entry, database maintenance, banking, supply ordering
As our ideal candidate you will be:
* Highly organised with proven time management skills
* Able to juggle the needs of numerous clients at any one moment
* An effective and strong communicator who is well-spoken
* In possession of a current driver's licence & intermediate PC skills
* Able to perform in high volume and at times, pressured environments
* A team player, while also having the ability to work autonomously
