Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons, supporting students in their learning, and promoting a positive classroom atmosphere. Provide 1:1 and small group support, adapting materials and instructions to meet the needs of all learners. Work with students with additional needs, offering tailored support to ensure they can access the curriculum effectively. Prepare learning resources and support the class teacher in managing classroom activities and routines. Monitor student progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to student development plans. Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Previous experience in a teaching assistant role, ideally with experience supporting primary or secondary students. A proactive, patient, and supportive approach, with strong communication skills. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to promoting the welfare of all students. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to the dynamic needs of a school setting.
