Bridge Recruitment are currently working with a manufacturing company who, seeking to recruit a Sales Admin & Support Assistant to join their busy team.
THE ROLE
Sales Admin and Support Assistant is a key role in this company as you will be the first point of contact and the first voice that customers hear. With this in mind, you will need to possess a friendly, professional and personable telephone manner and a true and natural ability to get to know regular clients, building rapport and relationships to continually promote the companys excellent reputation.
KEY DUTIES
Be the first person to answer a busy telephone
Possess confidence on the phone and be able to obtain accurate information from all callers as to who is calling and where best to direct their call.
Learn the company Product range and basic wiring information to provide help to customers on the phone and via email
Accurate filing and archiving of electronic records
Raising quotes and Processing sales orders
Project awareness ad follow up quotations effectively
Provide support to the Sales team members by carrying out various tasks as required.
Any ad-hoc duties as required.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Experience and confident telephone manner whilst handing calls
