THE ROLE Sales Admin and Support Assistant is a key role in this company as you will be the first point of contact and the first voice that customers hear. With this in mind, you will need to possess a friendly, professional and personable telephone manner and a true and natural ability to get to know regular clients, building rapport and relationships to continually promote the companys excellent reputation.
KEY DUTIES · Be the first person to answer a busy telephone · Possess confidence on the phone and be able to obtain accurate information from all callers as to who is calling and where best to direct their call. · Learn the company Product range and basic wiring information to provide help to customers on the phone and via email · Accurate filing and archiving of electronic records · Raising quotes and Processing sales orders · Project awareness ad follow up quotations effectively · Provide support to the Sales team members by carrying out various tasks as required. · Any ad-hoc duties as required.
