We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join us here at Brownlow Vets, Border Veterinary Centre on a full-time or part-time basis. This is a varied role which will include anaesthetic monitoring, nursing consultations, reception work, assisting the Vets, and schedule 3 work.

Our standard full-time rota is 40 hours per week over 4.5 days with 1:6 weekend inpatient cover, including Saturday surgery (8:30 am - 5:00 pm) and 1:6 Saturday mornings (8:30 am - 1:00 pm).

We are a progressive, small animal practice in a beautiful part of the Shropshire/Welsh border with fabulous links to Snowdonia National Park, the Welsh coastline, and cities including Manchester and Liverpool. Our dedicated team works to a consistently high standard and our practice has fantastic facilities to cater to this, including in-house bloods, ultrasound including cardiac, endoscope, blood pressure monitoring, fully monitored anaesthetic machine, and much more.

With some team members holding both a surgical and medical certificate, there is a variety of caseloads to broaden knowledge and skill set. We strive to offer a unique, client-friendly experience that you would expect from your neighborhood vets.
