Job summary The Neurology Team at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust have a long established commitment to those with multiple sclerosis (MS). Based at Wexham Park, the post holder will be part of the wider MS service which covers all 3 sites and required to work across the footprint of the organisation, including carrying out visits to the patients home.Multidisciplinary team (MDT) working is an essential part of this role.
