The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Manchester office for a Project Co-ordinator to provide robust and proactive support to projects across the Property Science & Industry Team, on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Although the teams span geographies within the Northwest & Yorkshire region, this role will be based in our Manchester office. You will make an impact in this role by producing quality documents in line with client branding, proofreading content to ensure consistency and good style, editing and making suggestions for improvements to text. Taking ownership of project trackers, highlighting key dates and deliverables and assisting with project audits. You will be responsible for setting up reports for projects which can include weekly/monthly progress reports, project issue work Stage reports, specifications and presentation reports for client meetings and various other tasks. Is this role right for you? We are looking for people who: Possess excellent knowledge of File Management, Microsoft Office packages and relevant project software such as SharePoint, ProjectWise, Business Collaborator and helps to solve software issues for the project team. Demonstrate experience of standard office administrative procedures Have an ability to build strong and positive relationships in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment. Possess solid experience in a similar role, desirably in a professional services, multi-disciplinary environment.
