My client is a fast-growing company that offers a bespoke variety of SaaS solutions to their partners in the Pharma industry. With hubs in the US, Germany and Spain, they are looking to bolster their commercial team in the UK. They are looking for a Senior Director of Business Development who will focus on new customer acquisition, and managing the full sales cycle. This is a role for an individual contributor of the highest level.
Responsibilities:
1. Building of pipeline, working proactively.
2. Close deals, owning the sales process in its entirety.
3. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, solution engineering, and product teams.
Qualifications:
1. Proven Track Record: Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets, ideally in healthcare or SaaS.
2. Hunter Mentality: Strong ability to identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
3. Sales Expertise: Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
